Prairie Central Sportsmen’s Club
The PCSC shooting facility, located on U.S. Rt-24 at Chatsworth Illinois will be developed in phases over a period of several years. Phase 1, which includes a trap field, 25 & 50 yard rifle/pistol ranges, archery backstop and clubhouse building is complete. Future additions will include a second trap field, 100 yard rifle range and additional range equipment.
Going forward, PCSC will provide much needed services to the community including:
- Providing a safe site and environment for the enjoyment of shooters
- Providing scheduled shooting and social activities for the enjoyment of members and the community
- Providing instruction and education for youth and beginning shooters in cooperation with the Illinois State Rifle Association
- Providing hunter safety classes in cooperation with the Illinois Department of Natural Resources
- Providing useful information to the general public on shooting and the outdoor sports

Beginning Wednesday, March 16, 2016, Prairie Central Sportsmen’s Club on Route 24 at Chatsworth, Il. will shoot every Wednesday evening. Shooting will begin at 6:00 pm. with a 50 bird derby followed by 2-man protections. If we must cancel due to poor weather conditions, we will send you a text message to your cell phone by 5:00 p.m. We will also post cancellations on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/
We will continue our 3-man protection shoots on the 2nd Sunday of each monthbeginning at 11:00 a.m. with 2-man protections followed by the 3-man protection accumulating pot at 1:00 p.m. You must be signed in for the 3-man shoot by 12:30 p.m. (December pot $446)
